Construct Co Inc. Revives The Iconic Flagler Beach Fishing Pier After Hurricane Matthew Damage

Anyone who walks along the shores of Flagler beach likely knows about the iconic Flagler Beach Fishing Pier, which has been a beautiful place to watch the sunset and a popular place to fish. Due to the damage of Hurricane Matthew last October, our client Construct Co Inc., has been working hard to repair the pier on time and on budget. Construct Co Inc. is a state-certified General Contractor with significant experience in marine-related construction. Originally, the pier was built in 1928 and was 800 feet long at the time. It lost 432 of those feet in a 1984 nor’easter. On Oct. 7, Hurricane Matthew tore an estimated 160 feet from the end of the pier. The structure has been closed to the public since then. Thanks to Construct Co Inc., city officials and structural engineers, the pier will now celebrate its grand re-opening this Saturday, July 1, 2017 with a ribbon cutting ceremony at 9 am. We celebrate our client, Construct Co Inc.! http://www.constructco-inc.com.
